The Charlton Gray Story

Founded by Jane Gray, Charlton Gray represents the culmination of her business and life story.  Leaving home at 16 years of age to follow a dream of being a professional horse rider, Jane understands the concept of sacrifice, extreme focus and commitment but also the importance of physical and mental resilience.  She applies these growth principles to her work and her clients.  

Looking back now, she realizes that one of her own least developed skills at the time was understanding the numbers.  This let her down at an early age.  Ever since she’s worked to put that right and is committed to ensure that every client knows their own numbers intimately.

I failed to understand the financials. And when my journey needed to change, my lack of understanding left me vulnerable. This will never happen for my clients. This is my mission and my reason for starting CG.

At Charlton Gray we work with the latest technologies and software (Xero, Quickbooks & Dext) to ensure that your finances are readily accessible, easy to update and in a format that promotes openness and transparent analysis and dialogue.
